Romney advisor quits because Repubs hate that he's gay

Look, I can sometimes understand Log Cabin Republicans’ logic to a certain degree—-you prioritize fiscal and maybe foreign policy conservatism over discrimination against your own sexual orientation. I think it’s batshit crazy, but I can understand that there is a thought process behind it.

But if you’re this poor dude, who was forced out of the Romney campaign by “pro-family” groups who criticized (read: attacked) him for being gay, why do you stay in Republican politics?

He was not even criticized for advocating same sex marriage or wanting to adopt a baby (which would still obviously be wrong, but maybe a little more expected), he was attacked and forced out of his job simply for being gay.

That is some fucking gaycist bullshit right there. How can this guy still be a Republican?

that’s why you do not run toward the spider monster.

Single-Topic Tumblr of the Day: Geraldo In A Hoodie is posting every photo of Geraldo Rivera wearing a hoodie it can find. Best one so far: Geraldo and his Fox News colleague Bill O’Reilly sharing a hoodie moment at a Yankees game.
Just look at them. They’re clearly asking for it.

Who’s using birth control? Oh, right, almost every single woman in America.

The only difference is that the religious women are shamed for using birth control — same for sex. Most people have sex, the only difference is that religious people feel shamed when having sex.
We need to change how we view sex as a society. Not as something that is shameful and dirty, but something that is beautiful and natural (as long as it’s consensual and safe, of course!).
